Just a couple of questions to address:

• You may suggest some of your own pieces, too!
• You can send me as many per note as you'd like, and as many notes as you'd like.
• However, I prefer notes with five thumbs each. Just a preference, not required.
• I may not feature all of your suggestions, but I look at all of them and feature the majority of them.
• Must be in the Traditional Gallery only! If you want this project in another gallery, let those respective GDs know!

That being said I am totally psyched and I wanna make this a Friday Feature, so that every friday, we'll have those Top Picks under 50!! This completely hinges on you guys, though, so keep those suggestions coming, spread the word, and give Trad it's dues!



Traditional Animation, also known as classical animation is a sub-category of the Traditional Art gallery.

Each frame is drawn by hand, before being quickly photographed and synced.

On dA, there are two galleries under Traditional Animation: pencil tests and colored animation.

Pencil Tests are typically preliminary versions of final scenes. Usually, these are viewed more as a work in progress.

Colored animations are animation done using classical techniques that are complete and in color.

• Please link or thumb to the piece you want featured, and tell me why you like it! Tell me why you want it featured! I'm anxious to know what drew you to that piece.
• The artist cannot have had a DD within the past three months.
• Send your suggestions to ONE gallery director only!
